These Terms govern your use of loktin.co and related Loktin services, operated by MAISON M LLC dba Loktin. By using Loktin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Informational directory only

Loktin provides a local directory, search tool, and event calendar for informational convenience. Listings, categories, labels, advertisements, results, and outbound links are not endorsements, rankings, recommendations, referrals, warranties, or guarantees. You make your own decisions and should independently verify a business, event, price, license, availability, quality, and suitability.

Accuracy and availability

Information may be incomplete, outdated, changed by a third party, or contain errors. Loktin does not guarantee that the site, listings, events, links, or search results will be uninterrupted, accurate, current, secure, or available. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove content at any time.

Third-party websites and advertising

Loktin links to independent business and event websites and may display third-party advertising. Those sites and advertisers control their own content, products, services, pricing, security, and privacy practices. Visiting or using them is your responsibility and does not create a relationship with Loktin. Advertising or inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not impersonate another person or business; misrepresent an affiliation; submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material; send spam; scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically collect directory content without written permission; introduce malware; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or use Loktin in violation of law.

Business and user submissions

You are responsible for information you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Loktin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted information as needed to operate the directory. We may review, reject, edit for formatting, or remove submissions and may process correction or removal requests.

Intellectual property

Loktin’s original name, logo, design, text, code, and arrangement are owned by MAISON M LLC or its licensors and may not be copied except as allowed by law. To report suspected infringement, submit a notice through the Loktin website with the work, the allegedly infringing URL, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loktin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied or express warranties. MAISON M LLC dba Loktin is not responsible for third-party content, services, links, security, errors, interruptions, or losses arising from decisions made using the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loktin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of Loktin.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
